Engage in impactful patient care for 12 or 4 weeks, followed by a fully compensated refreshing break of 6 or 2 weeks without affecting your PTO balance. In addition to base salary and night shift differential, full-time night shift RNs can take part in UCHealth's night shift incentive pay program upon successful completion of orientation.
Must be a graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if you have less than 3 years of experience.
~ Minimum of 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.~ Deliver top-tier practice in direct patient care by utilizing the nursing process.
Exhibit proficiency by mentoring newcomers to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
Play a vital role in ensuring safety and quality at the point of care.
Acute Care:
Direct care encompasses specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units with moderate to high patient acuity.
AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards are integrated into evidence-based care models for each unit.
