Spa Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Attendant to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service standards.

• Provide personalized orientation to guests upon arrival, including information on spa facilities and amenities.
• Offer guests a range of amenities, such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows, to enhance their spa experience.
• Answer guest inquiries about property information and amenities, and escort guests to and from treatment rooms as needed.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the spa area, including workstations, treatment rooms, and lounge areas.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens in a timely and efficient manner.
• Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, and complete safety training and certifications as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Anticipate and address guest service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
