Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate insurance quotes and deliver sales presentations to meet daily goals
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
  • Meet sales goals to meet quotas set by the management team

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current insurance license is not required, but we will help you through the process of becoming licensed in PA, MD, and VA

  • Hourly rate plus unlimited commissions
