Accounting Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Central Mississippi. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payables and receivables, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including tax laws and accounting principles
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to achieve financial goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
