About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our dynamic team at Med Career Solutions. As an RN ER, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and assess patients of all ages, delivering high-quality nursing care that meets their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adjusting to changing situations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start date.
  • Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma is necessary.
  • BLS must be obtained prior to employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
