Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - CVICU position in the Somerville, NJ area. We are seeking experienced nurses with expertise in various critical care areas, including arrhythmia management, bariatric care, and post-cardiac surgery care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the CVICU. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-acuity care, including working with patients who require invasive monitoring and life-sustaining therapies. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the CVICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
  • ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience in critical care, including CVICU, MICU, or SICU.
