Precision Farming Specialist

Border Plains Equipment, a certified Case IH dealer, is seeking a skilled individual to provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision farming and be able to troubleshoot and analyze mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment
• Provide technical support and training to sales and service staff on precision farming technologies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and rules
• Collaborate with the team to promote a culture of quality and customer service

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment
• 2+ years of precision farming experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
