Job Description

The Staff Nurse RN position at Masonicare Health Center involves delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a member of our per diem team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple priorities and responsibilities, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting clear and concise communication throughout the care process.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborative communication with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise and mentor CNAs and LPNs, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within our healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that promote positive patient outcomes.
