Job DetailsWe are currently hiring for a Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our pediatric patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
- Assess patient condition and needs, and report changes to supervisors and physicians as necessary.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide education to patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
