Senior Machinist

Job Summary

To produce high-quality products using advanced machining skills, the successful candidate will operate hoist-operated cranes and other lifting equipment with precision. The ideal candidate will be able to follow verbal and written instructions, read and work to drawings, setup cards, charts, and tables with or without job tag instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Operate hoist-operated cranes and other lifting equipment with precision
Follow verbal and written instructions, read and work to drawings, setup cards, charts, and tables
Select and properly grind cutting tools suitable for various materials and cuts

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
2 years of CNC, HMC, Lathe, Grinding machining experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to define routine problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
