About the Role

The Culinary Specialist is an essential member of our Food and Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. From preparing breakfast to serving dinner, our kitchens are always in high gear, meeting the demands of all our hotel's food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meat, seafood, and poultry items according to established specifications, production requirements, and quality standards.
  • Inspect all meat, seafood, and poultry according to established specifications and Four Seasons Hotels Limited standards.
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryers, broilers, stoves, steamers, food processors, mixers, slicers, ovens, steam tables, tilt kettles, waffle irons, and flat top grills.
  • Present a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • A strong passion for cuisine and attention to detail.
  • Able to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient knife skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
