The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in our long-term care facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their physical and psychosocial needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document resident interactions, outcomes, and any changes in their condition.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team.
