Job SummaryWe're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our guests. As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every interaction is positive, helpful, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless event execution, from setup to teardown.
- Provide information and assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in venue sustainability initiatives, promoting eco-friendly practices and reducing waste.
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
