  • Support the compilation of business needs assessments and gap analysis
  • Compile user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Develop and execute test cases to confirm system requirements
  • Generate mock-ups and wireframes to illustrate business requirements or workflows
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in a related field
  • 2 years' experience functioning as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in business operations and workflow analysis, training, technical writing, and/or project life cycle documentation
Preferred Skills
  • Strong desire to learn a client's business and translate requirements into actionable solutions
  • Passion for working with data and understanding data management processes
  • Ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into tasks for developers
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools
  • Experience building and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix
  • Experience preparing and documenting a testing plan
