Job Summary
This role involves managing and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize performance, minimize costs, and maintain quality. You will lead a team to achieve continuous improvement and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives while prioritizing safety and employee well-being.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage key performance indicators for planning and scheduling routines.
- Lead the department to administer work order management systems.
- Oversight of maintenance technical store workgroup and storeroom activities.
- Develop cost-effective repair strategies and manage maintenance spending responsibilities.
- Execute capital projects for new factory equipment with guidance from leadership teams.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, technical, military, or related environments.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience required.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $89,000 to $146,000 per year, depending on factors such as knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
