Job Summary

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled AV/VTC Design Engineer to support an IT Service Management effort for a leading government agency. The successful candidate will provide expertise in designing, installing, programming, maintaining, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting of video conference and briefing support facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site operations of conference room equipment, scheduling conferences, user instruction, event monitoring, and AV support to ceremonies.
  • Perform first-line troubleshooting of AV equipment, assist installation teams with commissioning new systems, and troubleshoot VTC issues in self-help rooms.
  • Assist other team members as required to provide superior customer support.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation in accordance with configuration management processes.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • BA/BS and 5 years of experience or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Relevant AV/VTC experience.
  • Experience with MS Teams.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment under potentially stressful situations.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule.
  • US Citizenship.

Benefits

SAIC offers a competitive salary range of $80,001 - $120,000, depending on experience. The company accepts applications on an ongoing basis and has a flexible work environment.
