Coatings Supervisor

Precision Build Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Coatings Manager to oversee our coatings operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coatings-related operations, inspection, and equipment management. They will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of coatings operations, including training, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Direct and coordinate coatings operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and environmental regulations.
• Manage and direct coatings personnel, ensuring adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and Superintendents for coatings-related priorities and schedules.
• Perform audits and inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds standards, issuing corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to established preventive maintenance programs on all equipment.
• Review outside companies and vendors related to coatings operations.
• Inform senior management of any issues affecting production, quality, or safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in coatings-related operations, or equivalent education.
• NACE Level I certification.
• NACE Level II certification, or equivalent (preferred).
• AMPP Level I or II certification, in lieu of NACE.

This position will report directly to the Shop Superintendent and work closely with Production Manager, Project Managers, and EHS Manager.
