Field Guide Lodge is a unique and intimate hotel in downtown Stowe, Vermont. Our picturesque location offers year-round accommodations perfect for an escape, a weekend getaway with friends, or a family vacation.
Your Role:
We are seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing warm welcomes, and ensuring that every stay at Field Guide Lodge exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences
- Develop personal connections with guests and teammates to create memorable experiences
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails regarding room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests
- Maintain accurate guest account information and assist in local knowledge to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of hotel industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work without direct supervision
- Dedicated to making magical memories for all guests; strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems; Hotel POS experience a plus
