Key Responsibilities



  • Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services needed and provide estimates of time required for additional repairs.
  • Perform general services such as oil changes, tire rotations, air filter replacements, cabin filter replacements, wiper blade replacements, brake services, and recalls efficiently and in a timely manner.

Requirements



  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, and an eagerness to improve.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
