Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage membership-related tasks, including sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
  • Engage with members to promote our Judgement Free Zone and enhance their fitness journey.
  • Address member concerns and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as phone calls and data entry.
