Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, develop, and grow the Structural Buildings Group, ensuring the team's success and growth.

- Design and Review: Manage, QC, and review structural design packages for submittal, including plans, schedules, details, and calculations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university.
- Experience: Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience in the structural design of primary building systems, with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager and manager-level responsibilities.
- Skills: Ten (10) plus years of design experience, including structural design in structural steel, reinforced concrete, Prestressed Concrete, Wood, CMU, and other materials. Experience with client interaction, business development, proposal development, and contract negotiation is also required.
- Licensure: Wisconsin Professional Engineer Licensure is required, with Illinois Structural Engineer Licensure preferred.
- Work Experience: Applicable U.S. based work experience is necessary.
