VPI Integrator - Technical Sourcing Role

We are seeking a skilled VPI Integrator to join our team at Cummins. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing projects of varying complexity and size in assigned functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals and objectives.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Plan and monitor project budgets, conducting research and analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Manage project risk, using quality tools to identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Document and share team learnings with other teams, drawing on project experiences to enhance project success.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience.
