Position Overview
We are seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive psychiatric care. This is a full-time W2 role that offers a competitive benefits package.

Working Hours
Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility. There is no overnight call required.

Daily Responsibilities
The psychiatrist will conduct daily rounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF). Reliable transportation is necessary, as the role may involve visiting multiple facilities in a single day.

Compensation
The compensation package ranges from $250,000 to $300,000, which includes bonuses and mileage reimbursement.

With a workforce of approximately 100 employees, we rank among the top practices in Colorado based on annual admissions. Our mission is to deliver exceptional clinical services across various care settings, including Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Assisted Living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric medical oversight and care to the designated patient population.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Engage in quality assurance and utilization management programs to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
  • Collaborate with administration and staff to support strategic and operational objectives.
  • Participate in medical staff duties, including meetings and peer reviews, as required.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and the community.
  • Adhere to safety standards and participate in safety education sessions.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and make sound judgments in complex situations.

Qualifications
Experience:
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Post-Acute care or Hospitalist settings is preferred.

Education:
Graduate of an accredited medical school with a valid medical license in the state of practice.
Licensure/Certification:
Board Eligible/Board Certified by the appropriate certifying board. Must maintain medical staff membership and clinical privileges as required.
