Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned fire protection engineer to lead our Las Vegas office's operations as an Engineering Director. As a registered fire protection engineer (PE) or engineer in training nearing PE certification, you will be responsible for overseeing technical fire protection engineering projects, managing daily operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Technical Projects: Oversee and participate in technical fire protection engineering projects, ensuring high standards and compliance with regulations.
• Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the Las Vegas office, including supervision of three direct reports (junior to mid-intermediate level).
• Business Development: Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones.

Salary:
The base salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $170,000 USD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you can earn performance-based bonuses and enjoy relocation expenses covered, including a relocation allowance ranging from $4,000 to $5,000.
