Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize scheduled examinations efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including physicians and medical staff.
  • Gather comprehensive medical histories and patient information.
  • Conduct cardiac ultrasound examinations following established protocols and standards.
  • Assist in training staff on echocardiographic techniques and practices.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of equipment and examination areas.
  • Perform quantitative assessments and provide preliminary findings based on collected data.
  • Maintain accurate logs of patient information and documentation.
  • Oversee the ordering and replenishment of medical supplies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Adult Cardiac Sonographer in a high-volume cardiac setting.
  • Responsible for conducting a significant number of outpatient procedures weekly.
  • Expertise in performing both inpatient and outpatient echocardiographic procedures.
  • Familiarity with various studies including TTE, Stress Echo, and TEE procedures.
  • Experience with Philips Epiq Echo Machines and Syngo Dynamics PACS.
  • Proficient in using reporting systems such as Cupid & EPIC.
  • RDCS Certification (or equivalent) is mandatory.
