Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as Supervisors, providing leadership and support to our behavior support clinicians and families. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of 4-5 behavior support clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
  • Meet with families at the start of treatment, help them identify goals for their child, and conceptualize each case with consultation.
  • Provide training to caregivers in the home/community, and manage the implementation of interventions in the home, community, and clinic (as needed), and provide care coordination/documentation to support treatment.
  • Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices (e.g., motivational interviewing) to maintain family engagement in services and adjust the treatment plan to maximize efficacy for the clients/families on your caseload.
  • Participate in weekly support and consultation, as well as bi-monthly groups to support cohesiveness of the site and continued professional/clinical development.
