Position Overview:
As a Metal Stamping Equipment Operator, you will be entrusted with the safe management, cleanliness, and bar code labeling of both manual and semi-automated metal stamping machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the role and apply your expertise to handle a variety of tasks.
- Engage in assignments that present moderate challenges, utilizing your judgment to address issues and propose solutions.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of equipment changeovers.
- Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking fluent English.
- Prior exposure or experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and safety protocols, with a commitment to adhering to these policies.
- Capable of wearing all necessary PPE at all times.
- Ability to interpret production schedules, orders, and instructions.
- Competent in operating production machinery safely.
- Skilled in performing essential quality checks and documenting results as necessary.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed established production rates while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Team-oriented with the ability to maintain flexibility and work on multiple machines throughout the shift.

Physical and Environmental Demands:
- This role requires constant walking and standing.
- The position involves pushing, pulling, climbing, handling, reaching, stretching, and working in confined or elevated spaces.

Work Environment:
- The work is conducted indoors, often in conditions of extreme heat (over 100°F seasonally), with exposure to humidity and high noise levels typical of a production setting. Additionally, there may be some exposure to outdoor weather elements, oil, and dirt.
