The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing exceptional clerical support and serving as the first point of contact for all visitors. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the facility team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and organized, with all necessary materials and supplies readily available.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, including greeting and directing them to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and facility reports.
- Collaborate with the facility team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of daily activities.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
