Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation: Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for aviation construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior estimators to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide cost estimates that meet their requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve our cost estimation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the aviation construction sector.
  • Skills: Proficient in estimating software, such as On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, MII, or Success. Strong knowledge of CSI Masterformat and UniFormat.
  • Certifications: CCP, CPE, RICS, CEP, or PE certification.
