The Work

This role will involve assembling cables to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards. You will monitor and verify assemblies in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Effective communication with Engineers and various levels of management is essential when resolving build issues.

Who You Are

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, and can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly process.

  • 1 year of direct experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Proficient operating automated equipment
  • Proficient working with hand tools
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Must have good manual dexterity
  • Strong experience with operating automated equipment
  • Working Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Products
  • Familiar with IPC-620 manufacturing requirements
  • Able to interpret drawings and read work instructions required to assemble cable assemblies
