Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements for the Real Estate and Construction teams to pinpoint significant trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, including participation in the annual budgeting cycle.
  • Work closely with the Real Estate Manager on lease renewals, site relocations, and real estate analytics.
  • Generate and assess reports utilizing lease administration software related to rental schedules, renewal timelines, and expense forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Construction, Finance, and Operations teams to report findings and communicate insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or real estate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
