Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately pick and prepare customer orders to meet daily production goals, while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Restock shelves, scan labels, and perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Basic Qualifications:
    • 3 months warehouse or applicable experience, including fast-food, stockroom, customer service, package handling, etc.
    • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
    • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.
    • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
