As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving growth, and achieving profitability objectives for our branch. Your responsibilities will include the effective coordination and management of all customer service and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate follow-up on all customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and requests.
  • Collaborate with service staff to meet performance goals in customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gunton products and components, including operational issues and warranty details.
  • Create value through precise diagnosis and efficient resource utilization to guarantee customer satisfaction.

General Duties:

  • Acquire extensive product knowledge and proficiency in navigating essential software systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by being empathetic, organized, and attentive to customer needs.
  • Foster trusting relationships with peers, management, and both internal and external customers to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage order processes to ensure timely product delivery that meets customer expectations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of product delivery, including ordering, scheduling, and installation follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively to meet customer expectations and strive for a 'Very Satisfied' service rating, identifying areas for improvement when necessary.
