The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 per hour.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life by providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

As a Compassionate Care Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication, as well as empowering the client through independence.

You will work closely with a male client with Cerebral Palsy, providing personalized care and support tailored to their needs.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of experience working as a caregiver or in-home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of accountability and dependability, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to a male client with Cerebral Palsy.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Foster independence and empower the client through daily activities.
