Make a Difference in the Lives of At-Risk Youth

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Services Worker to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a Coach Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for our youth, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safety and supervision for our youth, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere
  • Monitor and document student behaviors and activities, working collaboratively with other staff to establish and meet treatment goals
  • Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, promoting the well-being and development of our youth

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work with troubled teens and provide empathetic support
  • Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
