As a Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our school's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for school technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other technology equipment.
  • Assist staff with technical issues and provide training on new technology systems.
  • Monitor and maintain network security and ensure compliance with district policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
