Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned District Manager to oversee the operations of five to seven restaurant units. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving sales and profitability, and developing the skills of unit management staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations to drive sales and profitability
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop unit management staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as a District Manager or Multi-Unit Supervisor in the restaurant industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales and profitability
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Clean driving record and background check
