Role Responsibilities
As a Retail Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and upholding the prestigious Red Wing brand through professional sales techniques.
- Entering customer data and sales transactions into our system, processing payments, and balancing cash drawers.
- Measuring and fitting customers accurately to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicating product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively.
- Engaging in lead development for industrial sales during fittings.
- Assisting Mobile Sales Representatives with on-site sales and fittings.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or training.
- A collaborative mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Experience in retail footwear or wholesale environments.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend to lace shoes, and climb ladders. Responsibilities also include general store maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, washing windows, and maintaining displays.
