Job Description

At Rebound Communications, LLC, we're on a mission to help high-growth technology companies in the life science and healthcare industries thrive. As a HubSpot Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' marketing automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients to ensure a seamless onboarding process to the HubSpot software.
  • Collaborate with our Growth Marketer or Marketing Lead on multiple client projects, focusing on marketing automation, campaign development, and regular reporting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's marketing technology stack, contact data governance, and prior marketing automation activities.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns within the HubSpot platform, tailored to each client's needs.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
  • Measure results and KPIs through detailed analytics reports, presented to key client stakeholders.
  • Optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Integrate with other marketing and sales technologies, performing data uploads and migrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of HubSpot, specifically CRM and Marketing automation.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a HubSpot Specialist or similar role.
  • Life sciences technology and/or SaaS industry experience.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen detail orientation to juggle multiple properties and report on project status and issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
