Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide primary coordination of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
