Job SummaryConcorde Education is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to lead an after-school Dungeons & Dragons club for elementary, middle, and high school students. As a Dungeon Master, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating engaging sessions that foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Educational Development to design and implement a comprehensive after-school program
- Develop and deliver interactive Dungeons & Dragons sessions that cater to diverse student interests and skill levels
- Utilize digital tools such as Roll20 and DnD Beyond to enhance the gaming experience
- Conduct surveys to gather feedback and tailor the program to meet student needs
- Model excellent academic and social behaviors, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Educational Development
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong responsibility, discretion, and flexibility
- Extensive knowledge of Dungeons & Dragons rules, mechanics, and lore
- Ability to apply knowledge and tools to support student learning and engagement
- Capacity to collect and analyze data to inform future instruction
- Ability to work independently, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience as a Dungeon Master or in a related role
