Position Summary:

The Financial Markets Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Coventry's capital markets strategy by developing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with current and prospective investors. This position will also involve assisting in the planning, analysis, and execution of our growth strategies.

Qualifications

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

  • A foundational understanding of capital markets frameworks and products.
  • The capability to communicate effectively and build new business connections.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling techniques, including discounted cash flow analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting research on companies, investors, and market trends.
  • Participating in conferences both domestically and internationally.
  • Engaging in outreach efforts.
  • Evaluating potential investment prospects.
  • Creating materials, deal summaries, and term sheets.
  • Developing financial models, analyses, and visual representations.
  • Managing projects by coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Assisting with due diligence and modeling for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Documenting call reports and maintaining the company database.
