At Levy, we are seeking a highly skilled Event Server to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $20-$23 per hour

The Event Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering items to dining room guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items to dining room guests in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment, adhering to established sanitation standards
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on appropriate combinations when requested
  • Communicates directly with back-of-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated
  • Exhibits exceptional communications skills and demonstrates ability to get along well with others

Requirements:

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • Demonstrate flexibility and patience when communicating with guests and staff
  • Collects tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
