A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are as follows:
Collaborate with university partners to reconcile billing files and prepare invoices.
Reconcile with the accounting department to ensure invoices are entered into the accountingsystem correctly.
Assist the accountingdepartment in making accruals for all unbilled programs and starts.
Invoice hospitals that are part of 3rdparty billing with universities
Track collections from partners, and follow up on any discrepancies between the amountbilled and the amountpaid.

What You'll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, including writing queries, executing stored procedures, and troubleshooting issues with queries.
Expert level skills with Excel
Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to present, listen and accept instruction.
Ability to break down ideas/issues leading to solutions as well as conduct research to uncover answers and provide solutions.
Organized and highly detail oriented.
Self-directed, yet strong orientation to be successful in groups and on teams.
Ability to quickly develop a strongknowledge of company business, data, clients, and processes
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills
Ability to leverage relationships and work with key partners in various departments

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities, schedules and budgets.

Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
