Compensation and Benefits:

Shift Details:
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate both manual and automatic painting equipment to apply finishes according to specifications.
• Prepare and maintain all painting equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Select and mix coating materials to achieve desired colors and properties.
• Inspect work in progress for quality assurance, including paint thickness and adherence to standards.
• Conduct minor repairs and preparation tasks, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for painting.
• Monitor and maintain chemical concentrations in cleaning solutions as per established procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and quality metrics.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proficient in basic math and operational metrics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with job-specific software applications is preferred.

Physical and Mental Demands:
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regular attendance and professional collaboration with colleagues are essential.
