The Dutchman Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Inn Receptionist to join our team at the Carlisle Inn in Walnut Creek, Ohio. As a front desk representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage guest reservations, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check-in and check-out guests
  • Manage guest reservations and cancellations
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Promote our company's amenities and services

Requirements

  • High school education required
  • Conflict resolution skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn and use software programs to process orders and create guest checks
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
