**What We Offer**

We provide a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our team members enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing them to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This position typically works between Mondays and Fridays, with occasional evening hours.

**Job Responsibilities**

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for creating custom schedules that cater to the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans that address mental health concerns.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, as well as licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
