Scrum Master

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Hunter Engineering Company. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in leading and coaching our engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and Coach Teams: Guide and support our engineering teams in understanding and implementing Scrum and Agile principles.
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead and facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Improve Processes: Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Remove Impediments: Work with teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder progress and delivery.
• Develop Team Members: Empower team members to take ownership of their work and make decisions about their tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Developers, and Engineering Leads, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Monitor and Report: Track and report on team performance, progress, and metrics to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services.

Requirements:

• Scrum Master Certification: Possess a Scrum Master certification, such as PSM II or PSPO-A.
• Agile Experience: Have experience working in Agile environments and implementing Scrum and Kanban principles.
• Coaching and Facilitation Skills: Possess strong coaching and facilitation skills to lead and support teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement Skills: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
