We are seeking a skilled Host to join our team at Hunters Creek Chili's. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome: Greet every guest with a smile and make them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Wait List Management: Effectively manage the wait list, keeping guests informed and engaged.
  • Communication: Communicate guest concerns to the Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless service.
  • Phone Handling: Answer the phone within three rings and direct calls efficiently.
  • Team Support: Assist fellow Team Members as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Attitude: Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile.
  • Speed and Agility: Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Physical Demands: Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
