Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Subcontractors: Ensure timely completion of projects by scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed, ensuring that projects meet the required standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the project team regarding RFI's, material submittals, and other project-related matters.
  • Subcontractor Management: Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress to the project team for resolution.
  • Job Site Management: Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Project Progress and Completion: Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Proven experience in commercial, multifamily, or light-industrial construction, with a strong understanding of trades and project management principles.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees.
  • Subcontractor Management: Proven experience in managing and directing subcontractors, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Blueprint Reading: Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
